Purpose: To ensure that the annual increment has been set-up properly

Procedure:

1. The annual increment shall be regarded as a privilege and not an obligation. If the employee’s performance is not up to standard, the immediate superior has full authority to delay the increment until the required standard is achieved.

5. Hotel to contact an “appraisal briefing” of HODs, their assistants and supervisors involved in appraisals in order to ensure that appraisals are conducted in a fair, standard and professional manner.
