OBJECTIVE
To ensure that all F&B team know the standards.
POLICY
It is the policy of the hotel that all F&B team follow the same standard.
PROCEDURE
Obey all safety rules
Clean up wet spots immediately
Let people know when the floor is wet
Keep pathways clean all the time
Do not stuck boxes or other objects too high
Unplug all equipment before cleaning
Chemicals and cleaning supplies has to be stored properly all the time
Walk, do not run
Always keep to the right while walking on the corridor
Be careful around doors and entrance area
Avoid fast unexpected movement
Report all unsafe conditions immediately
Report all defective equipment
Report all injuries, staff and guests
