POLICY

It is the policy of the hotel that all F&B team follow the same standard.

PROCEDURE

Hair

Hair must be always neat and clean. It should be shampooed and conditioned regularly.

Bangs must not cover the eyebrows.

Hair must not touch the back collar of your uniform.

Hair gel may be applied but not to look greasy or soggy.

Sideburns should be short and tapered.

Face

Face must be clean-shaven.

Moustache is not allowed.

Ears should be clean after every shower.

Nasal hair must be trimmed to keep from showing.

Skin should be keep clean, not oily, dry or flaking. Skin irritation, acne or pimple should immediately be treated to maintain clean skin. A visit to a dermatologist is recommended to avoid spreading all over the face.

Teeth

Daily attention to cleaning teeth especially after every meal should be observed.

Mouthwash and dental floss should be used.

Body

Employee should take a shower before reporting to work.

Deodorant should apply every after shower and before duty.

Hands and Nails

Hand and nails must be impeccably clean; free from nicotine stain.

Nails must be trimmed every week.

Nails must not have color vanished but well buffet for glossy appearance.

Always ready handkerchief for ready to use.

Shoe and Socks

Shoe must be black in color and moderated fashion style, boots and slippers are not allowed.

Shoes must be polished and out of muddy and dash.

Socks must be in solid black color.

Jewelry

A maximum of one ring with simple design are allowed, only for married or engage staff.

Bracelet must not have pendant or any attachment.

Watch must be conventional, abstract design and multi-color is not allowed.

Only one strand of necklace is allowed. No noisy accessories.

No fad and fancy jewelries.

Only one earring in each ear for female.

Name Badge

It must be worn at all times with the prescribed uniform.

It must be kept polished and undamaged.

Name must be very legible.

It must not be topped with any stickers.

Stockings

They should be plain, without any design or seam. No net stockings.

They must be free of snags or runs.
