While guest is walking towards the exit .

Even if we are performing a task,remember to pause briefly to bid farewell

Thank guest for patronizing the outlet

Sir/Madam, thank you very much for coming and have a Pleasant Day /Evening. Goodbye.”

Friendly, Cheerfully With a smile

If opportunity permits, then escort guest while going out of the restaurant and thank him again

Along the way make some small talk with the guest, get their comments

Take note and Inform the Restaurant Manager /Asst. F&B Manager / FB Director about any complaints, compliments, comments immediately.
