Slowly and carefully

Ensure that all the 3 copies are attached

Insert hard paper in between captain order

To prevent printed on next copy while writing

Write all the points on the Captain order

Date, Time order was taken

Check Captain order

Captain order has all 3 copies attached

Make sure that it’s in serial number

Send the order to kitchen/bar

STRESS ON COLOUR

1st copy to Kitchen / Bar (White)

2nd copy to cashier (Pink)

3th copy for waiter/waitress (Blue)

Select and confirmed the guest order carefully

Repeat the order

Always repeat the order to confirm that all guest ordered are correct and inform the guest for serving time.
