HOW TO HANDLE THE LINEN NAPKIN?

OBJECTIVE

Expect that the table is set with clean, well press and No wrinkle linen. The overall presentation of the tables needs to look consistent.

To maximize guest satisfaction.

To be professional in the delivery of personalized service at all levels of interaction.


PROCEDURE

Collect clean napkin

Napkin must be transport on tray or trolley

Prepare folding area

Area should be discretely away from guest, on a clean surface.

Napkins should not be folded at the table cover.

Hands must be clean

Fold napkin

Each napkin must be checked for cleanliness and integrity.

Folds should made with minimum hand contact as possible.

Creases should be established using the back of the hand. The end result must be pleasing in appearance and uniform.

Stack or store

Certain folds can be easily stacked flat on a tray.

Others have to be arranged individually on a tray for transport.
