Make sure you have a clear path from where the table is located to where the table needs to be moved to.
When moving tables ensure you have full control over the table at all times.
Only move one table at a time.
Always push the table, do not pull at any time.
Opening the table
Always open a table with a partner.
Each person is to stand at either end of the table with hands on either side of the table top.
When both people are ready pull the two sides of the table top outwards and up.
For square boardroom tables a minimum of 4 people is required to safely open. Each person should stand at one corner of the table with fingers away from the central join; in such a way that a simple sideways step is all that is required should the table become unbalanced. Grasping the middle and corner of each side the four will open the table steadily with no surge or lunges required.
In the event that the table becomes unbalanced each person should alert nearby team and step away from the table.

To do this push down on the brake tabs located on top of each wheel arm.
Closing the table

With a partner stand at either side of the table where the split in the table top is located.
