


HOW TO PICK UP FOOD ORDER FROM KITCHEN?

To ensure that all F&B team know the standards.

To maximize guests satisfaction
It is the policy of the hotel that all F&B team follow the same standard.
PROCEDURE
Chef will ring the bell when the food is ready to pick up.(be attentive)

Standby in the Kitchen

Check Personal Hygiene
Hands are clean and dry
Pick up food when is ready
Food pick up point
Clean waiter’s cloth for hot dishes (optional)
Ensure food items tally against order
Correct dishes with necessary condiments
Pick up the meal only after Chef tell you to, do not do it by yourself
Confirm the order and table numbers as well as seat number
Leave kitchen
When all dishes are properly placed on tray with all the proper condiments (optional)
Or carry by hand
Double check the food items against captain order
Correct table number
Plates are clean from sauce drips or fingerprints
Maintain the cleanliness of the food runner counter
