PROCEDURE
General/
Items which may be kept at a side station are: flatware, chinaware glassware,linen and condiments.
All equipment is in good condition with no holes and strains
Keep side stations clean and replenished throughout the shifts.
Check station itself
Ensure the station is clean on the outside and inside
The station should be free of scratches, marks and damage
