It is the policy of the hotel that all F&B team follow the same standard.

PROCEDURE

Ask guest permission to remove extra settings on table.

May I remove the extra setting Madam, sir or Mr. X , Mrs. ?.

Remove extra covers on the table.

A table set for 4 with only 3 guest should have only 3 settings etc.

Always use tray

Work organized & clean.

Remove settings with as little disruption for guest as possible.
