HOW TO SERVE DISPOSABLE WET TOWELS?

OBJECTIVE

All guests’ receive wet cold towel upon seated, all wet cold towel must be cold and clean on the small plate under liner.

POLICY

To maximize guests satisfaction

PROCEDURE

Pick up the wet cold towel from the chiller or fridge and place it on a towel under liner.

Place the wet towel and under liner on a tray.

Serve it from the guest’s right.

Place it on top in a horizontal position. Say “This is your wet cold towel, Sir / Madam”.

All wet cold towels presented to guest must be spotlessly clean.
