HOW TO SET UP COCKTAIL TABLES?

OBJECTIVE

Ensure that the round cocktail tables are setup correctly

POLICY

To ensure that the round cocktail tables are set up correctly.

PROCEDURE

Get table

The round cocktail tables are stored in the banquets storeroom.

They will be folded up for easy storage.

Move to require are

Move the cocktail table to the required area. You are able to move the tables while they are folded up. This makes it easier to get through doorways & move around back of house.

Unfold the table

Unfold the table carefully & make sure that it is stable & secure.

Put the brake lock on

Once the table is in the required area it is vital that the brake lock is on.

Table cloth

Place the correct tablecloth on the table. Ensure it is the correct size tablecloth so it does not hang on the ground.
